Marketing Operations Coordinator
Arrow ECS seeks a Communications Coordinator to assist in the development and execution of B2B/B2G campaigns in the marketing automation tool (Eloqua) and provide first level support to users.
The ideal candidate possesses strong critical thinking skills, an emphasis on attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills with a focus on achieving team goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Builds and manages campaigns in marketing automation system (Eloqua)
Serves as a technical advisor to a team of marketing managers
Proof the accuracy and quality assurance of campaigns
Segment email distribution lists, schedule emails, track results and share results
Assist in the research, cleanup and development of databases and marketing lists while maintaining data integrity (Eloqua, MS Dynamics)
Assist with pulling and analyzing monthly reports
Assist with the design and implementation of re-engagement/nurture campaigns
Maintain lead scoring model to provide the sales team with qualified leads; report on model and adjust based on findings
Provide onboarding and ongoing training to team members on the creation of Eloqua assets
Assist in defining requirements, testing and implementing new CRM processes and features
Monitor group email inboxes
Assist with corporate events
Research key words for website descriptions to increase search engine optimization
1-3 years of marketing experience
BA/BS degree in marketing, business, communications or related area
Experience working with a marketing automation platform (Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot, ExactTarget, Hubspot,)
Proficiency in MS Office suite to include Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Ability to deliver creative and innovative thoughts
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team environment under tight deadlines and be able to manage multiple priorities
Highly Desirable Attributes:
Ability and desire to expand current technical skillset
Detail-oriented with strong organization and problem-solving skills.
Self-starter capable of working independently or as part of a team.
Positive attitude with an orientation towards strong customer service.
Experience in and/or knowledge of the IT industry and/or federal government agencies is a plus.
