Currently, we are searching for a talented Aquatics Snack Bar Supervisor to join the team of the Cheyenne Mountain Resort Colorado Springs, a Dolce Resort. The supervisor is responsible for providing food and beverage services to patrons at the aquatics center and oversee the outlets. He/she is also responsible for assisting, training, motivating and coaching the staff and controlling labor costs.
High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a related field preferred.
At least 1 year of progressive experience in a hotel or country club environment required
Previous supervisory responsibility preferred
Flexible and long hours sometimes required.
Medium work - Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
