Job Title: Community Care Representative

Reports To: Community Care Supervisor

Department: Community Care

Exemption Status: Non-Exempt/Hourly

Summary: This position is responsible to ensure all community care duties are completed in a quality manner, while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and accuracy at all times. Demonstrates excellence in the ability to follow through to ensure that satisfactory resolution is accomplished when resolving and problem-solving client issues as they are received (via phone, fax or written correspondence). Offers strong support to Community Association Managers allowing them the necessary time to better focus on the long-term community goals and projects.

Location: Englewood, CO

Main Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for answering all incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate individual, only if necessary

  • Responsible for returning phone calls and/or respond to messages the same day or within 24 hours of receipt

  • Responsible for contact resolution and problem-solving, ensuring a satisfactory outcome for the homeowner, the Association, and the Management Company

  • Responsible to process tasks they are assigned: Work Orders (same day/rush), returned mail, etc.

  • Perform additional duties as determined by management/supervisor to increase Client Service productivity

  • Attend Association meetings as necessary

Required Experience:

Key Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service experience required.
