Kforce has a client seeking a Project Coordinator in Englewood, Colorado (CO).Summary:The Project Coordinator will aid the program and project managers in tracking project execution tasks. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for creating and maintaining reporting across all project portfolios to allow the organization to have a cross-functional view of work. The Project Coordinator will become a subject matter expert on the process.Essential Functions:
Reconciles action items from multiple groups ensuring needs are accounted for and business objectives are met
Ensure that issues are identified, tracked, reported and resolved in a timely manner
Manage the communication and escalation among cross functional groups
Generate various project portfolio reporting for the monitor and control of the portfolio's projects
Aid the project manager in creation of the work breakdown structure (WBS)
Manages and updates project plans and schedules for assigned projects, and supports Project Managers in doing the same across the project portfolio
Directs and coordinates activities for project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule; Assists team members in completing customer defined deliverables and in producing key project artifacts to document the implementation
Maintains product knowledge to increase efficiency in delivery of products and may even gain expertise to train customers on implemented solutions
Supports Business Analyst (BA) in leading business requirements and design sessions with key stakeholders and technology team; Works in conjunction with internal stakeholders and BA to analyze, design, and develop requirements
Assists the Project Manager's with project best practices, techniques, and tools for project planning, execution, project management, ongoing milestone/deliverable tracking, communication, and key performance metrics
Will be required to lead project meetings of internal stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field is required
Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) Certification or equivalent preferred
Project Coordinator Experience - 2 years
Project Management Experience - 1 years
IT or Engineering work experience - 2 years
Experience in Telecommunications business - 1 years

Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
Excellent written and verbal skills
Solid analytical and qualitative reasoning skills
Excellent facilitation, analytical and organizational skills
Ability to analyze and diagnose project performance problems and recommend effective corrective actions
Strong ability to facilitate cross functional communications between multiple teams
Strong ability to analyze and interpret data
Knowledge of project management methods and processes and demonstrated success in delivering project scope on time and within budget
Proven experience managing key customer relationships and projects
Superior ability to multi-task, self-motivated and passionate about learning new technology
Proficient in MS Project, MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint
Experience with JIRA or Confluence preferred
