CareMeridian Littletonis seeking a Business Development, Marketing representative to be responsible for increasing the publics' and employee's exposure to the company's mission and initiatives, by assisting in the creation of marketing materials and communications.

Job Responsibilities:

Ensures all census targets are met/exceeded for region.Responsible for creating, implementing and measuring the success of a comprehensive marketing, communications and public relations program that drives the Organization’s census expectations.Develops and implements strategic plans to increase payer engagement.Develops and oversees implementation of multi-channel marketing plan to educate all stakeholders.

Oversees Customer Relations Management tool use and reporting systems.Works together with Business Partner to create reports reflective of marketing data; interprets reports, develops and drives direction for the regional sales team.Prepares weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual market, marketing and admission data reports.

Identifies and plans strategy to manage higher level relationships and augment activity by payor source.Increases payor diversity by sourcing new accounts, both public and private, developing strategy for engagement and execution.Tracks and modifies as necessary, strategy implementation held by the regional sales team with input from contracting and admissions.

·Gathers and organizes regional industry trendsand needs to drive marketing, funding and admissions strategic plans.

·Works together with all programs and departmentswhen addressing dissatisfaction.Workscollaboratively to develops and implement strategy to recover a distressedaccount.

·Participates in weekly referral calls andreports to forecasted census and admissions for the week or periodic forecastas requested.

·Works in partnership withOperations and Marketing to ensure all paper and electronic and brandedcollateral content is reflective of programs.

·Develops short- and long-termplans and budgets for marketing/ communications and its activities, monitorsprogress, assures adherence and evaluates performance.

·Designs, supports and oversees cross-functionalmarketing and business development teams throughout the Organization.Supervises and monitors the sales team withinassigned region.Models behavior andcoaches to success.

·Reports all customercomplaints/breakdowns to program staff and remains in partnership with programstaff to ensure successful resolution.

·Determines participation inselect conferences. Participates/leads in marketing activities at Regional andNational conferences.

·Works in partnership with thecontracting team and admissions team to secure Preferred Provider Contractswhen appropriate.

·Participates in requiredin-service trainings.

·Provides in service /education to referralsources and professionals and utilizes program staff accordingly.

Performs other related duties and activities as required.
