Business Relations Manager IRES - SAFB
The Business Relations Manager (BRM) will support the Missile Defense Agency IRES contract with work at Schriever AFB, Colorado. The primary duties include, understanding the customer's mission and their business capabilities and priorities, establishing, maintaining and nurturing the business customer relationship, and defining a communication and collaboration protocol that best suits the specific customers' needs. Capture and help shape customer IT Service requirements/requests; Understand how their requirements aligns to current (and/or future) business capabilities.
Collaborate with customers to facilitate the selection of standard services from the MDA Service catalog as well as assisting them with Non-standard Service Requests . Ensure overall customer satisfaction with the delivery of IT
Services. Regularly measure customer satisfaction levels (v i a surveys) and identify steps to improve satisfaction levels. Serve as an escalation point to Enterprise IT Services (EITS) for high priority service incidents. Participate in the BRM Community of Practice (CoP) to regularly collaborate with fellow BRM s, sharing ideas, best practices, lessons learned, and establishing BRM standards. Acts as a role model. Delivers exceptional client service; maximizes results and drives high performance from people while fostering collaboration across businesses and borders. Influences clients, teams, and individuals positively, leading by example and establishing confident relationships with increasingly senior people. Understands key objectives for clients, aligns people to objectives and sets priorities and direction.
Candidate must have a BS from an accredited college or university in related field. A current active DOD Secret clearance is required. Candidate must possess at least 15 years general experience, including 8 years related experience in IT management, line of business management, and/or corporate strategy roles. The candidate must also have a minimum of 3 years operating at a Manager or Senior Manager level within an IT or Operational organization. Candidate must have strong communication, facilitation and negotiation skills. Candidate must be a US Citizen.
